Crockstar’s winter training camp

GP winner Gordon Crockard will be running a winter training motocross camp in Spain. Check out the information from the Crockstar below:

A. If you want the “full factory” professional rider preseason preparation and development treatment, then you can have that.
This would include a tailored physical conditioning package, frame of mind and attitude programming, bike set up, riding technique, practice method and structure, diet and nutrition review, plan of work to fulfil your potential. You can be trained to be a champion.

B. Track time at your pace, your duration, your frequency and your style. Living the dream. You are free to simply just ride at your own free will and only receive tuition or guidance when you ask for it. This is not a boot camp / Marine core training / regimented environment. You can make it into whatever experience that you wish, personally tailored for you and your needs on a daily basis. You can have a holiday and get to ride your bike to put a smile on your face.

Somewhere between A and B is the most common choice we see.
I like to think that each and every one of us all want for both, to be a champion with a smile on our face. I can help you achieve that vision. Tailored attendance duration can be made to suit if you wish to alter your stay for a shorter period than the full 10 days.

With a maximum group capacity of 10 riders on each camp, all levels of riders from complete beginner to World Championship competitors are welcome to attend. Out of the 10 day camp you have the opportunity to ride at different tracks on 8 of those 10 days.
Bikes are maintained and repaired trackside and in our local workshop if necessary.
The accommodation for the camp is in our 4* Hotel Spa beach front resort, which offers full body massage and relaxation treatments for weary bodies post riding.
The hotel has a buffet and walk up chef counter style restaurant for all breakfast and evening meals, which is courtesy of Crockstar.
Collection from the airport and all camp duration journeys are provided for each camp rider in our minibus. Non riding guests can only be made welcome to ride on the bus if a seat is available. Otherwise the cost of renting your own hire car is very reasonable.
You pay the cost of your own bike fuel.
Prior to the approximately 1hr – 1.5hr journey to the track on ride days, we visit our local Mercadona Supermarket and you are free to buy your own pack lunch for the day.

Departing from Northern Ireland on Monday prior to camp commencement, our box van transports your bike, riding gearbag, fuel can and spares box to Spain.
We travel from Ireland to England and onward to Spain. Delivery/ collection of your bike and equipment is arranged to suit each party.
Finishing up camp on Tuesday, the box van will have the bikes back into the UK / Ireland by Friday in time for you to enjoy a weekends riding back at home if you want to.

Fly to Murcia on Saturday 28th January. Depart from Murcia Tuesday 7th February evening. Direct flights available.

Camp fee = £1300. Included, Bike transportation, rider transportation in Spain, 4* Hotel Spa resort stay, breakfast and evening meals, track fees, riding tuition, physical conditioning, mx coaching, bike set up, mechanical assistance and education of bike maintenance / repair. Additional costs for each camp rider include, bike fuel, own flights, daily pack lunch.
