Factory Kawasaki rider Clement Desalle has dedicated his Russian MXGP victory to his friend Steven Lenoir who died a week ago following a crash in France.

Belgian Desalle carried the ‘Lenoir #685’ sticker on his front number plate at Orlyonok and after the event posted this photo of the plate with the winner’s trophy.

Taling about his pal Lenoir, he said: “That Russian MXGP win is also for you. I was often thinking often about you this week. It has hit me hard.”
