Jay Wade goes Bud Kawasaki

Briton Eddie Jay Wade moves of KTM for the first time to ride for the Bud Kawasaki in the EMX 250 series in 2022. He will be teamed up with 16-year-old Quentin Prugnieres in both the French and European championship. Eddie was world 85cc champion and the 18-year-old will be based at Hossegor in France early next year.

Team boss Stéphane Dassé said: “You will notice that the Coened brothers are no longer part of our team. Despite an exceptional season, they have decided to take a new direction. It is a choice independent of our as we strongly wished to continue the adventure with them.

“Our team is now looking forward to the 2022 season that we are impatiently waiting for… Until then, we will go to the USA at the end of the year with Quentin where we will compete in a one week race mixing Motocross and Supercross in California (Bakersfield).”
