Motocross rocker targets Xmas No.1

Former AMCA championship challenger and current twin-shock racer Steve Steinman is currently at number one in the official iTunes rock charts for the UK with his new single Journey Home, and is calling on all riders to help him become Xmas No.1. He’s on top of such big names as the Eagles, Robert Plant of Led Zeppelin, Bryan Adams and Chis Rea’s re-release of Driving Home for Christmas.

Northerner Steve – real name Steve Murray – was a top youth racer then AMCA championship contender in the 1980s. He has a touring rock show called Vampires Rock but the lockdown closed lots of venues. So he recorded his first original music album which went to No.1 in the iTunes rock charts. Steve is a regular at MX as his son Ozzie races in the AMCA.
