Party in the Pits at Brum Arenacross today!

The 2017 Arenacross Tour heads back south to Birmingham today when round three takes place on Saturday 21st January at The Genting Arena, NEC.

All ticket holders for the evening show will automatically qualify for free entry to an afternoon Pit Party from 3pm in The Pavilion, adjoining the Arena itself, but capacity is limited and admission will be on a first-come, first-served basis – so to guarantee entry, the organiser suggests getting to the doors nice and early!

The AX team have plenty of plans for this day with all teams and Pro riders on hand to chat with fans, talk about how their AX experience is shaping up, share a few inside lines, pose for the camera and sign the odd poster or two. One of the UK’s most successful motocross riders Tommy Searle, will line up with the rest of the AX gang to meet and greet fans. Tommy, who lives just outside Birmingham, is sidelined due to injury but he loves meeting fans and so can’t let an opportunity like this go to waste and, as it’s his knee that’s the problem, he’ll still be pretty rapid on the autograph signing front.

FMX legends Edgar Torronteras, Petr Pilat, Jamie Squibb, Steve Sommerfeld, Dan Whitby and his Bolddog crew will also be in the building. The Arenacross girls will be stationed at the AX Activation Area, where there’ll be DJ’s laying down some beats. It’s a safe bet that the AX mascot MAX will be lurking around too ….

A range of new-for-2017 AX merchandise will be on sale offering a wide range of clothing and accessories for every member of the family and there’ll be a whole host of trade outlets dotted around.

A fully stocked bar and plenty of catering options will ensure a jolly good time all round. The Pit Party opens at 3pm, with the main event kicking off at 7pm in the arena right next door.

Tickets are available directly from the arena website www.gentingarena.co.uk or by calling the box office on 0844 33 88 222.
