Recall for Husqvarna TC 50 2019 model

Husqvarna Motorcycles is recalling specific numbers of TC 50 of model year 2019 for an inspection of their carburettor.

During the carburettor assembly process for MY19 TC 50 models, the carburettor covers may have been fitted incorrectly. The carburettor cover also acts as the upper throttle slide stop and this may lead to the throttle slide not operating smoothly.

To ensure that all TC 50 riders can continue enjoying maximum safety in all conditions, Husqvarna Motorcycles considers it important that the correct fitting of the carburettor cover is checked.

Customers who have already acquired a model year 2019 TC 50 are being informed by a personal letter and are asked to immediately contact an Authorised Husqvarna Motorcycles Offroad Dealer to arrange an inspection appointment.

In addition, customers can check online in the ‘Service’ area of the Husqvarna Motorcycles website to determine if their motorcycle is affected by this recall. The check and replacement of all parts involved will be carried out at no cost to the customer and must be performed by Authorised Husqvarna Motorcycles Offroad Dealers only – Street only dealers are not able to perform this check.

Further info on all Authorised Offroad Dealers can be found on Husqvarna Motorcycles’ website: www.husqvarna- motorcycles.com/dealer-search
