Kiwi Josiah Natzke is to be replaced by Josh Gilbert in Dave Thorpe's Buildbase Honda team. Natzke had a huge crash at the Spanish round of the EMX250 series and has yet to fully bounce back from that incident. It's believed the 19-year-old will take a break from UK racing.
The Buildbase Honda team of Jake Nicholls and Josiah Natzke, plus the Crescent Yamaha team headed by Jake Shipton have all signed up to race the Hawkstone International on February 11 next year.
For MX1 rider Nicholls and MX2 star Kiwi, it will be their first races on Dave Thorpe's team
Jake Nicholl has swapped teams and rides with British champ Graeme Irwin. Irwin has gone from Buildbase Honda to Roger Magee's KTM team to contest GPs. And Nicholls has gone the other way, leaving the KTM GP ride for an all-British campaign on Dave Thorpe's Buildbase Hondas.

For 2018 Honda will be offering two special editions for the CRF450 & CRF250, a Ken Roczen race replica and the retro look Dave Thorpe, World Championship winning design.

Buildbase Honda has confirmed it is to retain Graeme Irwin and Martin Barr for 2017, and has also signed up Matt and Chris Bayliss to race in the UK Arenacross series alongside Fabien Izoird. Matt will compete in the Pro class while Chris will ride in the Pro-Lite 250 class.
