German Henry Jacobi will be back in the MX2 world championship next year for the STC Yamaha team despite a poor 2016 season with J-Tech Honda where his best result was 23rd. Jacobi will be teamed up with Dutchman Jaap Corneth in the team Yamaha team. Both will contest the entire MX2 World
