Watson’s the Hawkstone hero!

After a season racing enduro instead of motocross, Nathan Watson showed up at the Hawkstone International and gave lots of the full-time motocross riders a lesson! Apart from Max Anstie who took second overall in the MX1 class, next best Brit overall was Nathan Watson, riding his enduro bike complete with headlight and number plate. With his dad Rob Meek pressed into action as spannerman!

He took two seventh places in the MX1 class which was good enough for seventh overall, and was eighth in the combined Superfinal. Apart from Anstie, the only other Brit to beat him in a single moto was Jake Nicholls who was fifth in the opener. It seems motocross’ loss is definitely enduro’s gain!
