Racing starts in three European countries

National championship racing has begun in Slovenia, Lithuania and the Czech Republic this weekend, with some GP stars taking the opportunity to get some race miles in.

In Slovenia, world champ Tim Gajser dominated both motos. In Lithuania, Rockstar Energy Husqvarna rider Arminas Jasikonis had his first race in his home country for a decade and dominated the action. He won both races and came close to lapping everyone.

In the Czech series, factory KTM man Tom Vialle won both MX2 class races from his team-mate Rene Hofer with Simon Langenfelder third. Yamaha’s rider Jago Geerts was second in the first race but retired from race two with a bike fault. KTM’s Max Nagl won in the MXGP class.
