Brake recall for Husky and GasGas enduro bikes

Husqvarna is recalling all 2022 FE and TE enduro models and GasGas its 2022 EC enduro bikes due to a potential anomaly discovered within the front brake assembly. A possible deviation relating to the fitment of the locking split pins mounted to the holding bracket may result in the brake pads becoming detached from the machine.

The issue may not be apparent on all motorcycles, however, owners of these models are required to return their machine to an authorised dealer who will ensure the correct installation of the locking split pins.

Customers who have already acquired one of the above-mentioned motorcycles are being informed by a personal letter and are asked to immediately contact an authorised Dealer to arrange an inspection appointment.

In addition, customers can check online in the ‘Service’ area of the Husqvarna Motorcycles or GasGas website to determine if their motorcycle is affected by this recall. The check and replacement of all parts involved will be carried out at no cost to the customer and must be performed by authorised Dealers only.
