Meet Herlings at the Dirt Bike Show

KTM will be at the International Dirt Bike Show in full force on October 26-29 with a comprehensive display of 2018 off-road machinery, championship-winning race bikes and the opportunity to meet Red Bull KTM Factory riders, Jeffrey Herlings and Johnny Walker. For diehard race fans, multiple Hard Enduro winner, Jonny Walker, and three-time MX2 World Champion and MXGP runner-up, Jeffrey Herlings, will be signing autographs and holding interviews on the main stage on Friday and Saturday, respectively.
The annual event, held in Stoneleigh Park, Coventry, is the largest off-road motorcycle show in Europe. With KTM being a manufacturer that keeps the throttle wide-open on model development, the event gives visitors plenty of opportunity to get up close to the very latest Orange machines.
For motocross riders, the 2018 SX range of both two-stroke and four-stroke machines are READY TO RACE right out of the crate and feature revised suspension settings in the WP AER 48 forks, along with a factory-aping orange frame and brand new graphics to finish the look.
The 85 SX is also completely fresh for 2018 – with a new frame, new engine and new design in the authentic style of the adult motocross machines, demonstrating KTM’s commitment to junior riders who also demand the ultimate in performance.
For Enduro enthusiasts, the choice with KTM is the most comprehensive on the market with 14 models. Last year, an all-new generation of EXC was released; lighter, stronger and faster. From 125 to 500cc, this full range of enduro models had been re-designed from the ground up.
Less than a year later, KTM again stunned the world by launching the world’s first serial production fuel injected two-stroke off-road motorcycles this summer. Representing the longest and most intensive development programme in the Austrian company’s history, the 250 EXC TPIand 300 EXC TPI ensure the future of two-stroke off-road motorcycling with impressive performance – no matter the altitude or terrain.
The Freeride range also sees big changes for 2018. The FREERIDE 250 F is a completely new model, replacing the 350cc four-stroke and 250cc two-stroke machines of before. With the ability to explore demanding and unknown off-road terrain, this bike is the ultimate all-rounder for fun trails, Trials and Enduro. It performs with low noise levels and a confidence-inspiring power delivery that combines with a comfortable and low seat height and a weight of just 99kg,
The powerful and agile electric KTM FREERIDE E-XC is also now even better. Powered by a state-of-the-art electric motor with a peak of 18 kW fitted into a re-designed composite frame that provides even better stability with new WP Suspension, this e-machine now benefits from a 50 % capacity increase in its new KTM PowerPack, which offers up to one and a half hours of riding time with just one battery charge. The new KTM FREERIDE E-XC now also utilises energy recuperation when coasting or braking for an additional range boost.
In addition to all that metal and megastars, the stand will be crammed with the latest PowerPartsand PowerWear products along with KTM staff being on hand to answer all your questions.
