Sell-out looms for Sunday’s Revo round

If you want to make sure of a ticket for the Revo British championship round at Lyng on Sunday, you’d better act fast! Sales stop at 2pm today as the club fears it’s a sell-out of all 4000 tickets – the maximum allowed under Covid rules.

You can buy tickets HERE.

The info from the club says:

The Norwich Viking Motorcycle Club would like to thank British motocross fans for the way they have engaged with the online advanced ticket system that we installed on our website. Under the current step 3 of the Covid roadmap we are privileged to have been allowed to welcome fans to the venue, but the numbers attending have to be limited to 4,000 which also covers the riders/officials/sponsors etc. We also have to keep ‘cash’ handling to a minimum, hence the online ticket system.

The uptake of ticket purchases has been far better than we dared to expect so to make sure we have everything ready for the weekend we will turn OFF the online ticket system at 2pm this afternoon (May 21st). This will allow us to reconcile the tickets sales and the number of other personnel on site. A further statement will be made later today as to whether we can then make some tickets available on the gate on Sunday, but at the moment this is highly unlikely. (This is not a sales ploy – we are being open and honest)

Once again, thank you for brilliant support, we really appreciate it.

We would also like to remind fans that unfortunately, again due to the Covid restrictions, there is NO spectator camping available on the Saturday evening. However, there are several local camp sites that are open and have availability for the Saturday evening.

The club will also be using the top gate entrance for spectators which will be clearly signposted from the A47 and then via Heath Rd.
