Shipton targets Hawstone

New Yamaha rider Jake Shipton will be racing at the Hawkstone International on February 5, his first time in the event. The former KTM rider, who now rides a YZF450 for Rob Hooper, will face riders like Max Nagl, Gautier Paulin, Max Anstie, Kevin Strijbos and Jake Nicholls at the event.

“I’m really happy to be doing the Be Wiser Hawkstone Park international for the first time,” said Shipton. “The event looks awesome and as a kid I’ve always wanted to race it. Now I have that chance with Rob Hooper and I’m really excited to get there. It’s great preparation for the start of the season.”
