Dan Thornhill battled hard near the front of the EMX Open pack at Matterley Basion today. After holding fifth for much of the race, he took a solid sixth place, in front of fellow Brits Liam Knight, Brad Anserson and Tom Grimshaw.

Former MXGP rider Jose Burton took a start-to-finish win as he is now bidding to win the EMX title for his KJD Gunnex TM team.
