Ando extends EMX300 lead

Defending champ Brad Anderson still holds a commanding lead in the EMX300 championship after taking second place in the muddy Czech round at Loket. Verde KTM man Ando, eighth in yesterday’s opener, splashed through the wet track today to take second place behind Mike Kras who took a start to finish win. Former MXGP ace Dennis Ulrich, who won yesterday’s opener in the dry conditions, struggled in the wet and finished sixth. Kras took the overall from Ullrich and local hero Vaclav Kovar in third. Ando took fifth overall.

Anderson started the weekend with a 27-point lead over Andero Lusbo. Lusbo could only finish seventh overall at Loket. So After the Czech round, Anderson leads by 27 points from MIke Kras, who rides for the British GL12 KTM squad. There are just two rounds remaining.
