Ando’s EMX lead cut to two points

Brad Anderson’s lead in the EMX 2T championship was cut to two points as he took fifth in the opening moto at the Latvian GP. Ando led in the early stages but dropped back to fifth spot as Swede Ken Bengtson coolly passed Ando and Mike Kras to take the win.

Kras held on for second, and is now just a couple of points behind Anderson.

Briton Todd Kellett, winner of last week’s round in Russia, took third place after he beat Andero Lusbo. Yamaha rider Kellett is now third in the series, 17 points adrift of Ando.
