British champ Conrad Mewse topped qualifying for the Belfast Arenacross by going fastest in both of his group sessions. Second overall was Dylan Woodock from Harri Kullas then Justin Bogle on the Stark Varg. Right behind him was Jack Brunell, the series leader, after a week testing bike settings in Spain.
