Landrake replaces Culham in Maxxis reshuffle

The final calendar for the 2019 Maxxis ACU British Motocross Championship has now been confirmed with the last round being promoted at Landrake in Cornwall instead of Culham which had been announced as the location recently.

It means there is a more traditional loamy track replacing the more sandy venue at Culham which would be more weather-resistant in case of rain.

“I’m delighted that we’ve managed to pull the calendar together more than three months ahead of the opening round,” said Series Manager Stuart Drummond. “Landrake is the icing on the cake – it’s an excellent, mostly natural track that we haven’t visited since 2014 and will be a great end to what’s shaping up to be one of the most competitive championships ever.”

Here’s a rundown of dates, venues and the classes that will be in action.

Rnd 1 – March 3 – FatCat (MX1, MX2 & MX2 Youth)
Rnd 2 – April 14 – Lyng (MX1, MX2, MX2 Youth & B2S)

Rnd 4 – June 2 – Blaxhall (MX1, MX2, MX2 Youth & B2S)
