Former British champion Shaun Simpson finally got to spin some laps on his new bike for 2019 – the RFX KTM. Swopping from his Wilvo Yamaha to the Austrian brand for the first time, he tested the WP Cone Valve forks and Trax rear shock at Preston Docks in Lancashire. He’ll race the bike in the world and British championships.

The bike currently feature a stock engine, but is fitted with an HGS exhaust system, an RFX clutch cover, X-Trig triple clamps, Talon wheels and titanium footpegs. Photos by Elliott Spencer.
