TM is to continue it official factory-backed satellite team with Danish squad run by Carsten Andersen for another three years. It’s the only official TM-backed satellite team and will run both two-strokes and four-strokes. N o riders have yet been announced for 2017.

Their focus is to bring on young riders in the European Championship on the 125 two-stroke and 250F class, with the idea they will have some wild card rides in the World Championship too.

Carsten said: “I’m happy to continue this collaboration with the TM factory for other three years, and to continue to work with young riders in the European Championship, especially on the MX2”

TM’s Marco Ricciardi said: “We are very happy about this deal as we think it’s the best plan to bring on talent for the TM factory and brand. Carsten has worked with us for two years and we trust his work.”
