Youth 85 class at Blaxhall Maxxis

A 85cc class will be included at the Maxxis British Championship round at Blaxhall in Suffolk on Sunday 2 June.

Following the British two-stroke class now being run at the Apico 2-Stroke Fesyival, it has been decided to offer the chance for young riders on 85cc bikes to compete at Blaxhall as a replacement class.

The decision to include a mixed 85cc class in the Maxxis event came after the success of last year’s class at a previous event and the desire to introduce the top youth riders into a Maxxis event at the award-winning sandy circuit at Blaxhall.

The 85cc class will run alongside the event and will be open to both Big and Small Wheel riders from across the country. All riders will receive a Free Practice session followed by Timed Qualification along with two races during the event.

The top three 85cc Big Wheel and Small Wheel riders will receive awards at the end of the meeting on the podium. The Entry fee for the 85cc class is £65 per rider and will be via the ACU Entry System – www.rideACU.uk and will open on Monday 25th March at 5pm.
