The provisional dates for the eight-round Maxxis British motocross championship has been revealed, and despite the ACU claiming it comes following the release of the provisional FIM calendar for the 2018 World Motocross Championship which was unveiled in June, there are already clashes.
March 25 clashes with a GP at Red Sands in Spain, and June 24 is the same date as the Italian GP at a venue yet to be named. The September 16 round also clashes with the popular Vets Nations event at Farleigh Castle.
The GP calendar will change, as was revealed at the Nations by GP boss Giuseppe Luongo. He revealed there would be no USGP – scheduled at Gatorback PArk on September 2. And that there would be two back-to-back rounds in Indonesia plus a round inTurkey.
