GP Husky team goes MX2

The 8Biano Husqvarna team have confirmed their rider line up for the 2018 season of two MX2 riders in the World Championship next year and will have Brent Van Doninck with Iker Larrañaga.

Brent leaves the Kemea Yamaha outfit after finishing tenth place in the 2017 MX2 World Championship.

Spaniard Larranaga unfortunately had injury problems this year but showed good speed when he was healthy. He will be hoping to stay fit next year with plenty of rides in the top ten.

Van Doninck said: ”I’m really happy to be a part of the 8Biano team. It’s a fresh start for me because everything is new to me (bike and team). Unfortunately I need to start my preparation and testing with the bike a little bit later because of my wrist surgery but me and my trainer will work hard to get 100% fit for the first race in Argentina. I can’t wait to ride the bike and I’m really motivated for next year!”
