Whiteway Premier MX axed

The opening round of the St Blazey Premier MX, at Whiteway Barton this weekend has been axed as the paddock is not useable, says the landowner. It will now be run on March 18.

RHL’s crew have been busy laying out all the infrastructure but at 11am today were notified the event will not be allowed to go ahead, despite being giving the all clear from the Track Manager yesterday.

The Landowner has inspected the Paddock this morning and has stated the Paddock will not be useable for the weekend.  To keep the 8 round series, RHL have secured a new date at the venue for the 18th March 2018.

First round entries will automatically be put forward to the 18th March 2018 and riders will not have to re apply. Any rider who is unable to participate in the revised first round date, please email rider@rhlactivities.com and a full refund will be given.

RHL and the team are absolutely gutted at this decision, but it is beyond RHL control.

Gareth Hockey, Director of RHL Activities commented, “Unfortunately this is out of our control, myself and the team are frustrated at the decision. The team have been working non stop since being notified to secure a new date at the venue and we are pleased to be able to confirm Round 2 will now be at Whiteway Barton on 18th March.”
